A report released today commissioned by the Visit Greater Palm Springs and completed by consulting firm Conventions, Sports & Leisure International recommends a compromise between College of the Desert’s recently downsized plans for a Palm Springs hospitality and culinary campus and what the previous COD administration was planning to build before the pandemic.
