Mayor Lisa Middleton responds to College of the Desert President Dr. Martha Garcia regarding feasibility study for West Valley Campus
COD trustees approve contracts for a feasibility study that already exists and PR services to spin the deceit of COD leadership, with no answers on the three cancelled campuses.
The College of the Desert board of education will hold a presentation with updates on the Palm Springs campus and Roadrunner Motors in Cathedral City. The Coachella City Council passed a resolution Wednesday urging College of the Desert to build a campus in their city. Councilmember Megan Beaman Jacinto, an attorney who represents the former college president in ongoing concerns between him and the college’s board of trustees, was absent. Read full article here
